FLOTAL: Refers to the registered trademark and software named FLOTAL.

CLIENT: Refers to the natural or legal person who requests and contracts the technical and professional services of CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES.

USER: Refers to the natural person who works for the Client and who, alone or jointly with others, is authorized to manage the operation of the Client’s ground fleet through the digital platform www.flotal.com.mx and/or through the FLOTAL mobile applications.

DATA SUBJECT: Refers to the natural person to whom the personal data pertain.

CONSENT: The free, specific, and informed expression of will by the Data Subject through which the data are processed.

PERSONAL DATA: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable individual. A person is considered identifiable when their identity can be determined directly or indirectly through any information.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA: Personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of the Data Subject, or whose improper use could give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the Data Subject.

DATABASE: The ordered set of personal data relating to an identified or identifiable person, conditioned by specific criteria, regardless of the form or manner of its creation, type of medium, processing, storage, and organization.

A.R.C.O. Rights: Refers to the Data Subject or their legal representative, who may request from CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES at any time Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition with respect to the personal data concerning them.

Plan de Ayala, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico, ZIP 29020 (hereinafter, "CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES"), in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, informs you that it is responsible for collecting your personal data, for the use given to such data, and for their protection, in order to prevent unauthorized processing as well as any alteration, destruction, or damage to your personal data.

The personal data you provide to CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES through its offices, corporate email accounts, the digital platform www.flotal.com.mx, FLOTAL mobile applications, or by telephone—via physical or electronic forms—are handled in compliance with all requirements and principles set forth in Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. In turn, the registration you complete as a User through our digital platform www.flotal.com.mx and/or FLOTAL mobile applications, or when requesting a quotation or information about our products and/or services, is performed freely, voluntarily, and individually.

The data that CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES collects and obtains from its Clients and/or Users are as follows: "CLIENTS":

• Identification data;
• Contact data;
• Asset and/or financial data.

CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES may request from its Clients the Tax Status Certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) and/or any document required by the Tax Administration Service (SAT) in order to issue an invoice to the Client.

For the collection of the above-mentioned sensitive personal data, CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES obtains the Data Subject’s express consent, as established in Article 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Additionally, to contract our technical-professional services we may need other information or documentation not stipulated in this Privacy Notice; however, to obtain such information or documentation we will first request your consent.

"USER":

• Identification data;
• Location data.

Additionally, if CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES staff contacts the User to follow up on a requested quotation, we may request information or documentation to supplement the application for contracting products or services.

CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES collects the information or documentation necessary to verify and confirm your identity as a Client and/or User, as well as to perform its technical-professional services.

CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES may process personal data of third parties (acting as representative, attorney-in-fact, shareholder, or employee) when you provide their information to fulfill our obligations arising from the product or service engagement.

In such cases, you acknowledge that you have informed those third parties of the use of their data and have previously obtained their consent.

Likewise, the processing of personal data that you provide to us is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Notice. By virtue of the foregoing, you express your consent for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice.

Primary Purposes

• a) Verify, confirm, and validate your identity;
• b) Obtain commercial references;
• c) Evaluate your request to contract our products and services;
• d) Fulfill the contractual relationship for our products and services;
• e) Administer, operate, and follow up on the products and services requested or contracted with CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES;
• f) Create and update your file and database for the operation of your contracted products and services;
• g) Manage your access to our digital platform www.flotal.com.mx, FLOTAL mobile applications, and the various channels made available by CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES, including the functionalities offered therein;
• h) Contact you through different communication channels to manage the relationship arising from the products and services contracted with us;
• i) Carry out collection activities;
• j) Issue tax receipts;
• k) Address and follow up on your inquiries, clarifications, and complaints;
• l) Identify and prevent possible unlawful conduct that could constitute a violation of current legal provisions;
• m) Comply with obligations established by applicable law;
• n) Respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

Secondary Purposes

• a) Send you advertising, promotional, and commercial prospecting information about our financial products and services according to your profile;
• b) Offer products and services of companies belonging to CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES;
• c) Send you invitations to participate in programs, activities, and events organized by CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES;
• d) Conduct inquiries or surveys about our products and services;
• e) Refer products and/or services of third parties with whom CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES has agreements;
• f) Produce statistics, models, or market studies related to the products and services contracted with CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes, which are not necessary for the requested service but allow us to provide better assistance: • To receive and respond to notifications in the event you wish to exercise your A.R.C.O. Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition), a procedure described below.

If you wish your personal data not to be used from this moment for the purposes described under Secondary Purposes, you may send an email to legal@flotal.com.mx requesting non-consent for the use and processing of your personal data for all or some of the secondary purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We will address your request as soon as possible and will cease using or processing your personal data for the secondary purposes you indicate.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and the details of their processing, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel them when you consider they are not required for any of the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, are being used for non-consented purposes, or when the contractual or service relationship has ended; and to object to their processing for specific purposes, as established in subsections I and II of Article 26 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The mechanisms implemented to exercise these rights are through submission of the respective request to legal@flotal.com.mx. You may obtain the request form electronically or at any office of CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES, S.A. DE C.V. The official request form to exercise your A.R.C.O. Rights—and the only form accepted—is provided by CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES, S.A. DE C.V., and must include the following:

• 1. The Data Subject’s name, address, and email address for communicating the response to the request.
• 2. Indication of which right you intend to exercise: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition.
• 3. A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the rights.
• 4. A copy of a valid official ID (voter ID, passport, military card) to verify your identity as the Data Subject. If a representative files the request, they must present a power of attorney signed before two witnesses, along with a copy of the Data Subject’s official ID.

The maximum response time by CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES with the determination on your request will be twenty (20) days from the date the A.R.C.O. request was received.

If your request is deemed admissible, it will be made effective within fifteen (15) days following the date on which the response is communicated.

The above periods may be extended once for an equal period, provided the circumstances of the case justify it.

Exercising your A.R.C.O. Rights is free of charge; only the costs of reproduction, copies, or shipping may be charged, as provided in Article 34 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Likewise, you may revoke at any time the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data, so that we cease using them. To do so, you must submit a request and documents proving your identity, under the same terms established for exercising your A.R.C.O. Rights.

We also inform you that national or international transfers of your personal data may be carried out without the Client’s consent when:

• i. The transfer is made to companies controlled by, subsidiaries of, or affiliates under the common control of CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES, or to a parent company or any company of the same group of CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES that operates under the same internal processes and policies;
• ii. The transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract concluded or to be concluded in the interest of the Client between CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES and a third party;
• iii. The transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES and the Client;
• iv. The transfer is necessary or legally required to safeguard the public interest, or for the administration or procurement of justice; and
• v. The transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in judicial proceedings.

The foregoing is based on Article 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

If a data transfer is necessary under any circumstance not provided for in Article 36 of the Law, you will be notified of the transfer and the reasons for which it is carried out. If you do not express disagreement, it will be considered tacit consent.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time to address legislative changes, internal policies, or new requirements for providing or offering our services. In such case, CENTRO CAMIONERO MONTAJES will keep its current Comprehensive Privacy Notice available on our website www.flotal.com.mx. We recommend visiting this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

We also inform you that, through the digital platform www.flotal.com.mx and our mobile applications “Fotal” and “Flotal Flotas”, we obtain IP addresses, cookies, web beacons, and other technologies that make it possible to monitor your behavior as a User, as well as provide you with better service and a better browsing experience.
